“Fake It Till You Make It”

Years ago the powerful phrase, “Just Do It”, was a well known slogan for Nike (shoes, sportswear, etc.).

This slogan was one way that worked well to help keep me motivated through college and later as a successful Fitness Instructor/Trainer and Weight Management Consultant.

Today, as I venture into the Internet avenue; “Fake It Till You Make It” is sticking hard and fast!

It is all about trial and testing and failing until one finds what works well. But don’t get me wrong. This is a great thing! When working with a new marketing field I have learned it does require this understanding before taking the first step in order to prevent any setbacks or restraints that may tend to get me discouraged and cause me to quit all together.

The Internet is a market place for the future and I intend to have “FUN” while taking this leap. One thing I am really enjoying is the networking with other like-minded people who are also choosing to take the challenge of Internet marketing in the Health and Fitness field. This has been fantastic and so rewarding already in the six months I have been involved with researching and blogging on the subject of Heath and Wellness.
As I choose the leaders in this field to pattern after I am driven to offer my own “voice” and product. So here I go! Taking another huge leap of faith!
So, while my site is getting a “Make Over” I am working on an e-book and spending quality time with one of the leaders in the business to help me ‘tweak’ my website so I can offer more quality solutions for all of you who have been emailing me personally and asking for specific and individual help with diet and exercise issues.

One e-book I am working on is, “How to Lose Weight in 30Days & Keep It Off!”. This e-book will be packed full of weight loss solutions including  menu and easy recipe ideas to help lose that unwanted fat. Energy foods that worked successfully for others in my program that have lost the weight and kept it off! Along with this I will be offering a FREE e-book on basic exercises to compliment your weight loss plan.

Weight management is a lifestyle commitment for a lifetime!
